Maintenance Contracts

Test and Tag
Portable appliance testing to Australian Standards, delivered efficiently and at locked-in rates that reduce your OPEX. LECE handles scheduling, tagging, record-keeping, and compliance documentation so your team doesn't have to. We work around your operational schedule to minimise disruption.
RCD testing and Install
Routine testing and inspection of fixed and portable RCDs to AS/NZS 3760, with full compliance records provided after every inspection. LECE also installs and upgrades RCD protection where gaps are identified — keeping your site compliant, your people protected, and your obligations met.
Thermographic testing
Thermal imaging is one of the most cost-effective ways to find electrical faults before they become failures. LECE's Level 1 and Level 2 certified thermographers conduct routine shoot-and-scoot inspections across switchboards, distribution panels, motors, and connections — delivering comprehensive reports that identify risk and prioritise remediation. Catch the fault before the fire.
Instrument Calibration
Accurate instrumentation is critical to process control, safety systems, and regulatory compliance. LECE's certified instrumentation trades carry out routine servicing, inspection, and calibration of field instruments to manufacturer and Australian Standards specifications — keeping your process data reliable and your compliance register current.
Motor Testing and Changeouts
Motors are critical to almost every industrial process. LECE performs routine motor testing, insulation resistance checks, and vibration analysis to detect early-stage degradation — and executes changeouts efficiently when the time comes. Planned replacement beats emergency failure every time.
VSD Servicing
Variable speed drives are high-value, failure-sensitive equipment. LECE's technicians carry out routine VSD health checks, cleaning, parameter verification, and firmware reviews — with program backups and logic records kept on file for every unit we service. When your VSD fails at 2am, you want to know someone has the backup program.
Critical Spares
The most expensive spare is the one you don't have when the plant goes down. LECE manages on-site critical spares inventories, ensuring the right equipment is available when it's needed — and works with our supplier network to secure the best-value supply chain for ongoing replenishment. We've helped WA operators cut spares OPEX while improving parts availability.
Emergency Lighting
Emergency lighting compliance is non-negotiable under AS 2293. LECE conducts routine emergency light testing, battery checks, and remediation — with complementary conformity assessments included as part of every inspection. We keep your certification current and your evacuation routes lit.
